This machine is capable of holding up to a 5 x 12 piece of material. It has a 10 position tool changer along with a 5 x 5 drilling unit.
ANDI Exxact Plus DUO/TC2 by Anderson Industrial Corp
This machine is capable of holding up to a 5 x 12 piece of material or independently 2 sheets of 5 x 5 material. It’s a twin table configuration with 2 spindles. Each spindle has a 10 position tool changer. A twin table configuration allows me to operate on a 5 x 5 piece of material on one table while the other table is being unloaded of cut parts and material put back on.
Wide Belt sander
This machine has a working width of 43” wide. It is a dual head machine. The first head allows for calibration of pieces being put through the sander to allow for more aggressive sanding/calibration. The second head is a Kombi Unit with 24 electronic segmented pads allowing for fine sanding of veneers and finish sanding.
